In 1998 the number of accidents at work in the construction industry was 12,645 per 100,000 employees. The construction site regulations (BaustellV), which came into force in the same year, reduced occupational accidents in the construction industry to 5,203 per 100,000 employees in 2019 (source: bgbau.de, 2021). Our goal is to continue to actively contribute to reducing work accidents in the construction industry.
