Risk Assessments

The risk assessment is the systematic and comprehensive investigation to determine hazards and stresses in the workplace. By deriving and implementing suitable protective measures, accidents at work or operational disruptions can be avoided. The risk assessment is therefore the central instrument for the prevention of work accidents and work-related illnesses and makes a significant contribution to humane work design. State and trade association regulations oblige the employer to carry out the risk assessment (§§ 5 and 6 ArbSchG). It represents the basis of all necessary occupational health and safety measures and must be carried out before the start of the activity. We therefore support you in all types of risk assessments, including:

  • Ergonomic assessments according to the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG)
  • Determination of psychological stress (ArbSchG)
  • Explosion protection in workplaces according to the Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV)
  • Hazardous substances according to the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances (GefStoffV)
  • Machines and systems according to the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV)
