Occupational Medicine
According to Section 1 of the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG), every employer is obliged to appoint qualified company doctors and specialists for occupational safety to support their tasks in the field of occupational safety and accident prevention. In addition to the design of the workplace, various stresses in the workplace, e.g. noise and dust, psychological stress is now also included in order to identify stress and disruptive factors. With our occupational medical advice, you create solid framework conditions for promoting a healthy workforce. We analyze physical, ergonomic and psychological risks and offer practical solutions.
The consulting relates to the company medical tasks of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, our services include:
- Advice on health protection and ergonomics in general
- Determination of offer and mandatory preventive care in cooperation with the company doctor
- Support with the introduction of a company health management system
- Creation of hygiene concepts and skin protection plans
- Realization of the requirements of the workplace ordinance
- Assessment of the employability of the severely disabled, employees after long-term illness or pregnant women
